Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Supervisor to manage and develop the Patient Outreach team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach Patient Outreach Coordinators on compliance and best practices in patient communication
  • Conduct audits and manage workflows to ensure effective and compliant communications with patients
  • Collaborate with hospital partners and internal teams to facilitate meetings and address performance concerns
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven sales record
  • Desire and aptitude for leading others with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database programs is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
