Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Supervisor to manage and develop the Patient Outreach team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Patient Outreach Coordinators on compliance and best practices in patient communication
- Conduct audits and manage workflows to ensure effective and compliant communications with patients
- Collaborate with hospital partners and internal teams to facilitate meetings and address performance concerns
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven sales record
- Desire and aptitude for leading others with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database programs is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
