Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Patient Outreach Coordinators on compliance and communication best practices
- Conduct audits to ensure effective workflows and compliant patient interactions
- Manage team operations, including scheduling, performance management, and collaboration with hospital partners
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven track record
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead and establish credibility within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; ability to learn other database programs
- Desire for continuous improvement and ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
