Job Summary
Leading a dedicated Patient Outreach team, the full-time remote Patient Outreach Supervisor will manage the development and performance of Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists while ensuring compliant communication with potential patients about hospital-based pharmacies.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Patient Outreach Coordinators on best practices and effective communication techniques
- Conduct audits and monitor workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency in patient interactions
- Collaborate with hospital partners and internal teams to facilitate communication and address performance concerns
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a proven track record
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and establish credibility within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with database programs is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
