Patient Portal Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support the modernization of the Cerner Patient Portal/HIE Application, the full-time Patient Portal Application Analyst will implement, manage, and consult on service line workflows while working remotely to ensure optimal system design and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, build, test, and maintain the Cerner Patient Portal/HIE Application, resolving complex issues across functional lines
• Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to project leadership, coaching on data collection and system design requirements
• Consult with internal teams to share configuration status, project timelines, and updates while verifying configuration requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or 3 years of direct application experience
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or application support
• Experience with Agile methodologies or software development lifecycle processes preferred
