Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Portal Service Desk Agent will manage inbound calls in a high-volume environment, assisting patients with scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and end users
  • Engage with callers to understand their needs through effective questioning and active listening
  • Handle incoming calls, resolving issues or accurately documenting and escalating concerns as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Strong typing skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, depending on assigned shift
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have a quiet, private working space with high-speed internet directly connected to a router
