Job Summary

Collaborating closely with physicians and staff, the full-time Patient Procedure Scheduler in the Sleep Lab will coordinate and schedule procedures, ensuring adherence to guidelines while providing exceptional patient communication and support.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule procedures based on preapproved guidelines and coordinate with physicians and staff
• Communicate schedule changes to patients and provide pre-appointment instructions
• Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer service

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Successful completion of Cadence Scheduling system training and competencies
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to use personal computers and relevant software applications
