Key Responsibilities

• Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and obtaining required documentation for health insurance plans
• Request health plan authorizations and information as needed
• Collaborate with field leadership to develop business relationships and enhance patient experiences

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry preferred
• Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Must reside and work within the United States
