- Request health plan authorizations and information as needed
- Collaborate with field leadership to develop business relationships and enhance patient experiences
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry preferred
- Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Must reside and work within the United States
