Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and documentation to obtain necessary health insurance documentation
- Request health plan authorizations and information as required
- Develop business relationships through collaboration and communication with field leadership
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a distraction-free workspace
- Must reside and work within the United States
