Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and documentation to obtain necessary health insurance documentation
  • Request health plan authorizations and information as required
  • Develop business relationships through collaboration and communication with field leadership
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
  • Intermediate computer skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with a distraction-free workspace
  • Must reside and work within the United States
