Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Qualification Specialist Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and documentation to ensure compliance with health insurance requirements
  • Request health plan authorizations and develop business relationships within field leadership
  • Complete audits for order accuracy and champion new initiatives aligned with company objectives
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
  • Certification to process three or more product types, including Document Qualification Process (DQP) certification
  • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
  • Ability to mentor peers and support local branch teams in resolving escalations and complaints
