Key Responsibilities

• Support local branch offices by reviewing new patient orders and documentation to ensure compliance with health insurance requirements
• Request health plan authorizations and information as needed
• Collaborate with field leadership to develop business relationships and improve patient experiences

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Ability to work in a remote, distraction-free environment
• Must reside and work within the United States
