Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service and product information, the full-time remote Patient Qualification Specialist will support patients and providers by managing patient orders, obtaining necessary documentation, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review new patient orders and documentation to ensure compliance with health insurance requirements
• Request health plan authorizations and information as needed to facilitate patient care
• Collaborate with field leadership to provide feedback and improve patient experiences

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to develop business relationships through effective collaboration
• Strong understanding of patient-focused care and proactive problem-solving
