Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone screen patients or caregivers in an empathetic manner
• Document patient information and manage scheduling of appointments
• Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening methods

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months experience in a medical or customer service environment
• Preferred qualifications include MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT, or another medical license
• Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with computer applications and typing (40+ wpm)
• Ability to handle sensitive patient health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
