Patient Recruiter with Medical License

Job Summary

To support targeted enrollment goals for clinical studies, the full-time Patient Recruiter with Medical License will manage recruitment programs, screen potential subjects, and document patient information while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone screen patients or caregivers in a caring and empathetic manner
• Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening interviews and medical record reviews
• Schedule and manage patient appointments for screenings and prescreenings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical environment or customer service
• Medical license such as MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, or EMT is highly preferred
• Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with computer applications, including electronic health records
• Ability to handle sensitive patient health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
