Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in patient engagement and recruitment within a pharmaceutical company or similar organization
• Experience preferred in rare disease or difficult to recruit populations
• Knowledge of current regulatory requirements governing clinical research
• Ability to optimize timelines, costs, and quality in recruitment strategies
