Patient Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Supporting multiple sites remotely, the full-time Patient Recruitment Manager will manage Recruitment Specialists, develop recruitment strategies, and create outreach materials for clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain study-specific pre-screening forms and quick reference summaries for physicians
• Lead team huddles, manage productivity tracking tools, and maintain advertising portals with up-to-date information
• Interview potential research candidates, schedule screenings, and communicate with research staff regarding candidate qualifications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 0-3+ years of experience in clinical research
• Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with operations
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Office365 products
