Patient Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Supporting multiple sites remotely, the full-time Patient Recruitment Manager will manage Recruitment Specialists, develop recruitment strategies, and create outreach materials for clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain study-specific pre-screening forms and quick reference study summaries
• Lead team huddles to share information and educate on new studies while tracking recruitment goals
• Interview potential research candidates and coordinate with Research Coordinators and Investigators regarding candidate status

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 0-3+ years of experience in clinical research
• Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with operations
• Proficiency in Office365 products and excellent computer skills
