Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention strategies, the full-time remote Patient Recruitment Senior Manager will partner with clinical program teams and cross-functional data teams to optimize action plans and enhance decentralized clinical trial approaches.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient recruitment and retention (PRR) and decentralized clinical trial (DCT) strategies, collaborating with stakeholders for seamless integration
- Identify and evaluate technologies and vendors to support PRR and DCT implementation, managing feasibility assessments and monitoring execution
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulations, contributing to training programs and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical operations, or patient recruitment and retention within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience in developing and implementing patient recruitment strategies for clinical trial enrollment
- Understanding of clinical trial operations, including study feasibility and recruitment risk mitigation
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable clinical research regulations
