Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Recruitment Specialist responsible for recruitment activities for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound calls daily to assess patient eligibility for clinical trials
• Develop recruitment strategies and maintain knowledge of assigned medical indications
• Ensure accurate data entry of patient information into clinical databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in customer service; call center experience is a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
