Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a multi-specialty clinical research site, the full-time Remote Patient Recruitment Specialist will assist Clinical Research Coordinators and Investigators in recruiting study participants for various clinical trials while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily recruitment activities and thorough phone screenings for assigned clinical trial protocols
• Engage with local physicians and medical providers to educate them on clinical trials and participate in community recruitment events
• Maintain accurate records of potential study participants and manage scheduling for recruitment visits

Required qualifications

• Clinical research experience with a strong preference for patient recruitment experience
• Medical work experience, ideally with phone-based patient or customer service
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and GCP regulatory requirements
• Previous experience with electronic medical records is preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
