Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a multi-specialty clinical research site, the full-time Remote Patient Recruitment Specialist will assist Clinical Research Coordinators in recruiting study participants for various clinical trials while ensuring compliance with SOPs, FDA, and GCP guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily recruitment activities and thorough phone screenings for assigned clinical trial protocols
• Engage with local physicians and community members to educate them about clinical trials and recruit potential study participants
• Maintain and update the research database with participant information and medical history

Required qualifications

• Clinical research experience with a focus on patient recruitment is strongly preferred
• Medical work experience, particularly in phone-based patient/customer service roles
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and GCP regulatory requirements
• Previous experience with electronic medical records is preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
