Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a multi-specialty clinical research site, the full-time Remote Patient Recruitment Specialist will assist Clinical Research Coordinators and Investigators in recruiting study participants for various clinical trials while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily recruitment activities and thorough phone screenings for assigned clinical trial protocols
• Engage with local physicians and medical providers to educate them about clinical trials and identify potential study participants
• Maintain and update the research database with participant information and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Required qualifications

• Clinical research experience, particularly in patient recruitment, is strongly preferred
• Medical work experience with phone-based patient/customer service is required
• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and GCP regulatory requirements
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
