Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To support high-volume vaccine/flu clinical trials, the remote Contractor Patient Recruitment Specialist will conduct patient outreach, follow up on inbound leads, pre-screen potential participants, and maintain accurate documentation across recruitment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective clinical trial participants and respond to inbound inquiries
• Pre-screen potential participants based on study-specific eligibility criteria and schedule qualified individuals for screening visits
• Maintain accurate records across various recruitment platforms and communicate with recruitment leadership and site teams regarding patient status

Required qualifications

• Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research support, or healthcare customer service
• Strong professional phone presence and ability to build trust quickly with prospective participants
• Comfort with medical terminology and protocol-driven eligibility questions
• Technical aptitude, including experience using databases and patient tracking systems
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to support enrollment goals while ensuring a high-quality patient experience
