Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical research organization, the full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist will recruit patients for studies, administer prescreening surveys, and maintain a database of potential participants while working remotely from Central Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit patients for multiple studies by contacting referrals and identifying eligible candidates from the internal database
• Schedule initial visits for patients at facilities and maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and visit outcomes
• Understand assigned studies by reviewing protocols and attending training sessions, while following up with patients as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in psychology, health sciences, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment
• Relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments is a plus
