Job Summary
To strengthen patient recruitment strategies, the full-time remote Patient Recruitment Strategy Advisor will manage the development of scalable recruitment frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic oversight on vendor selection and performance within clinical programs.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve patient recruitment strategy frameworks and tools across clinical programs
- Develop trial- and site-level recruitment strategies based on feasibility insights and operational considerations
- Lead vendor selection and performance oversight for external recruitment services, ensuring alignment with study goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical- or life science-adjacent field required; advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in establishing recruitment strategy frameworks within a CRO or biopharma context
- Proven track record of developing recruitment strategies for clinical trials, including RFP support
- Experience with digital recruitment channels and patient engagement technologies
- Therapeutic experience in neuroscience, respiratory, pain, or immunology preferred
