Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Registration Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees patient registration activities to meet performance expectations for quality and cash collections
• Interviews, hires, trains, and manages the performance of the Patient Registration team
• Analyzes key performance metrics and communicates outcomes to senior management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
• Minimum of one (1) year prior supervisory experience is preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
