Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Registration Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient registration and enter demographic and insurance information into the billing system
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage benefits using various tools and resources
• Identify and resolve issues related to insurance eligibility and escalate complex problems as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Revenue Cycle, Registration, and Medical Billing
• Solid understanding of registration and billing processes
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
