Key Responsibilities

• Complete patient pre-registration and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Verify patient insurance coverage and resolve discrepancies before services are rendered
• Provide virtual registration support for on-demand patient encounters and collaborate with financial clearance teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in patient registration or healthcare administration in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
• Ability to work in a primarily remote or back-office environment
• Flexibility for urgent registration support as needed
