Providing compassionate support as the first point of contact for patients, the part-time Patient Registration Specialist will manage the check-in process, ensuring efficient registration and access to care while working remotely.

• Assist patients and families with the registration process across multiple computer systems
• Gather accurate patient information quickly while answering phones in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize registration delays

Required qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with patient access or medical registration is a plus
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
