Patient Registration Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations, the full-time Patient Registration Supervisor will manage staff performance, ensure compliance with registration processes, and maintain high service quality while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains service excellence, product quality, and positive customer relations
• Supervises hiring, training, payroll, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff
• Ensures efficient processing of patient admissions and registrations, including pre-admission tasks

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of insurance, third-party payors, and medical terminology
• Experience with HBOC Star Program, MIDAS, Matrix, Microsoft Word, Excel, and EmStat
• Three to five years of experience in health systems or hospital settings
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
