Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or structured customer service
• Strong familiarity with the German healthcare system and medical terminology
• Basic understanding of clinical trial phases and enrollment processes
• Native-level German and professional-level English
