Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Relations Representative to serve as an initial contact for patients and manage grievances.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial intake for incoming issues, including patient grievances and staff contacts
- Manage grievances and complaints with low to moderate complexity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a Health Care related field required
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a Health Care related field preferred
- 6 months of experience in customer service handling service recovery and/or dispute resolution required
- 1 year of patient contact or health care related experience preferred
