Job Summary
Utilizing excellent customer service skills, the remote Patient Relations Representative will serve as the initial contact for patients, families, and staff, managing grievances and complaints while working a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial intake for incoming issues, including patient grievances and staff contacts
- Manage grievances and complaints with low to moderate complexity
- Provide support and information to patients and families regarding their concerns
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a Health Care related field
- 6 months of experience in customer service handling service recovery and/or dispute resolution
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a Health Care related field
- Preferred: 1 year of patient contact or health care related experience
