Job Summary

Utilizing excellent customer service skills, the remote Patient Relations Representative will serve as the initial contact for patients, families, and staff, managing grievances and complaints while working a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform initial intake for incoming issues, including patient grievances and staff contacts
  • Manage grievances and complaints with low to moderate complexity
  • Provide support and information to patients and families regarding their concerns
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a Health Care related field
  • 6 months of experience in customer service handling service recovery and/or dispute resolution
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a Health Care related field
  • Preferred: 1 year of patient contact or health care related experience
