Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Relations Specialist to join their contact center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments in NextGen
  • Document patient requests and pertinent information via Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Coordinate work efforts with team members to maintain efficient workflow
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in a call center or as a receptionist preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Prior experience with NextGen software or other EMR is preferred
  • Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
