Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an administrative liaison to assist patients and families in understanding hospital services and resolving concerns
  • Receive and investigate patient complaints to ensure timely and positive resolutions while promoting patient rights

Required Qualifications
