Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Relations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an administrative liaison to assist patients and families in understanding hospital services and resolving concerns
- Receive and investigate patient complaints to ensure timely and positive resolutions while promoting patient rights
- Work with hospital leadership to develop and monitor patient relations initiatives and ensure accurate documentation of complaints
Required Qualifications
