Job Summary

The full-time Patient Relations Specialist will manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service remotely, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Accurately schedule patient appointments and input necessary data
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, utilizing proper telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Direct calls to appropriate departments and escalate issues to medical staff when necessary
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • One year of experience in customer service or a related clinical environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential
