Job Summary
The full-time Patient Relations Specialist will manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service remotely, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately schedule patient appointments and input necessary data
- Answer incoming calls promptly, utilizing proper telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Direct calls to appropriate departments and escalate issues to medical staff when necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- One year of experience in customer service or a related clinical environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Dependability and punctuality are essential
