Job Summary

Providing essential support to patients and families, the full-time Patient Representative will assist with patient registration, admission, and scheduling while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service by assisting patients, families, and staff with registration and scheduling inquiries
• Support the Revenue Cycle by ensuring accurate data entry and resolving system errors
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies by completing and authenticating necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Preferred: Experience using Epic
