Job Summary

To support patient care, the part-time Patient Representative will manage patient registration, assist families and staff with inquiries, and ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures patient safety by identifying correct patients and preparing necessary precautions
• Provides assistance with patient registration, admission, and scheduling, resolving inquiries as needed
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and ensures compliance with regulatory documentation
