A company is looking for a Patient Research Specialist to support the Patient Billing Department in managing private pay patient information.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and enter necessary patient information and demographics for EMS claims
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely payment of claims
• Search various systems to obtain additional patient information and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications and Education

• Previous billing experience is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a heavy workload
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with dual monitors
• Dependable and punctual with a professional demeanor
• Experience dealing with the public is beneficial
