Key Responsibilities

• Gather and enter necessary patient information and demographics for EMS claims payment
• Collaborate internally and externally with various parties to facilitate claims processing
• Search websites and hospital systems to obtain additional patient information for claims

Required Qualifications

• Billing experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload under deadlines
• Computer literacy and ability to work with multiple monitors
• Dependable and punctual with strong follow-through
• Collaborative team player comfortable asking questions
