• Negotiate and facilitate payment of outstanding patient accounts while maintaining patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a related role
• Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
