Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient account inquiries and collect payments
• Negotiate payment of outstanding accounts while ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with privacy regulations
• Document collection efforts accurately and meet monthly goals and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 5 years of experience in a related role, with 1 year in a call center environment
• Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and dependability
