Patient Resource Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Resource Navigator for the Mid-West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment steps and available support offerings
• Act as a liaison between hemophilia treatment centers and patient support case managers
• Provide ongoing support and education to patients throughout their gene therapy journey

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a science discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in a hemophilia treatment center or related healthcare organization
• Background in social work, public health, nursing, or similar fields
• Experience with patient advocacy in the Bleeding Disorders Community is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred
