Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Resupply Specialist to provide customer service and support to patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with resupply orders and coordinate ongoing supply needs
• Process supply orders and confirm patient eligibility and medical information
• Document patient accounts accurately and address complaints to enhance satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry desired
• Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
• Basic level mathematical proficiency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
