Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Resupply Specialist will assist patients and providers with resupply orders, ensuring a positive patient experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients by coordinating resupply orders and clarifying their needs and information
• Process supply orders and confirm patient eligibility and medical information for order fulfillment
• Document patient interactions accurately and provide timely feedback to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years' experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Basic mathematical proficiency
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, verbal)
