Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to assist patients and address their concerns in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with inquiries
  • Handle patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary to retain patients
  • Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their return
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or collections activities
  • Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
  • Prior remote work experience is required
