Job Summary

Patient Revenue Cycle Senior Coordinator is a full-time remote position responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing complex pre-authorizations and ensuring financial viability within the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Process authorization requests to insurance carriers efficiently and accurately
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance benefits and authorizations to clinical staff and patients
• Coordinate requests from physicians and customers, addressing their needs in a single transaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in PC knowledge and software packages related to healthcare operations
• Ability to learn new technology and tools as they become available
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment
