Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing all functions within the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time salaried Patient Revenue Manager will promote a patient-centric focus, develop operational policies, and manage financial performance while working remotely Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direction and develop the operating budget and goals for the division
- Monitor, analyze, and manage reports related to financial, service, and productivity performance
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor direct reports and staff within the division
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Five years of experience in business or a related field
- Certifications in patient access or patient accounting preferred
