Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time remote Patient Revenue Manager will oversee departmental functions, promote a patient-centric focus, and manage financial performance while developing operational policies and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for the division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and manage the division's operating budget and performance metrics
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor direct reports to foster professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Five years of relevant experience in business or a related field
• Certifications in patient access or patient accounting preferred
