Patient Safety Attendant

Job Summary

To ensure the safety and well-being of patients at risk for falls or self-harm, the full-time Patient Safety Attendant will monitor patients remotely, alert the care team of any concerns, and document patient activity accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being
• Identifying risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alerting the care team
• Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout the shift

Required qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
