Patient Safety Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Safety Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and assess inbound safety information, including adverse events and technical complaints
• Ensure compliance with safety reporting requirements and maintain accurate safety records
• Provide training and mentorship to new hires while supporting case quality and trend identification

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical or science-related discipline preferred; relevant experience may substitute
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant pharmacovigilance experience, including MedDRA coding
• Exceptional knowledge of medical and pharmacovigilance terminology
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
